If your site have been attacked by the virus you will be worrying what might be the reason. you can check the following points involved in your site and also found the remedy for it. Below are some of the points to check:
1. check, if any open source are included in your site?. If so, disable that open source
2. In that open source check the option for comment posting. Disable that comment posting.
3. if there is any iframe in the site remove it.
These are the reasons for the virus attack. If you remove this you will get virus free site. :)
