Shireen who acted as heroine in many films did an item song in this film. Lingu Swamy is a good friend of me. There is style in the story of this film. Harris Jayaraj gave good melodies

August 6 th - Inauguration of the Global 75 years Tamil Cinema Festival, Singapore
The Nadigar Sangam’s series of celebrations to celebrate 75 years of Tamil cinema kicked off in Singapore on Monday.
Sarath Kumar, president, Nadigar Sangam inaugurated the celebrations with a special screening of yesteryear hero MGR’s blockbuster Nadodi Mannan.
He said, “The series of celebrations would recall the achievements of several stalwarts of the Tamil filmdom. Various films musical shows and seminars would be screened on the occasion”.
Among those present on the occasion included Sarath Kumar, Radhika Sarath Kumar, veteran actress Sri Priya and director S A Chandrasekhar.
